Our extensive experience on gas turbines and maintenance makes it possible to provide a full range of supporting services. Services are available for TMMonitor Clients on a discounted rate.
Definitions
are determined in a kick off meeting with the end user. Fleet configuration, names to be used, reports available and their format etc. are specified.
Data collection
is done by the end user at the site and all data is provided with GASRE for review and for preparation of TMMonitor (turbines, inspection reports, repair reports, service bulletins, parts rotation etc)
Review of reports
is part of GASRE quality assurance process and includes full review of all reports for correctness, parts rotation and applied service bulletins.
Customization and implementation
of the initial program. GASRE establishes the initial program with included software modules, creates database, uploads all data and reports and verifies the data.
Commissioning and training
Training of end user personnel to use the program. Training can be organized at the end user office or at GASRE office depending on end user preference.
Assistance in planning of long-term maintenance schedules –TMMonitor simulation
Annual planning of future inspections and parts through TMMonitor. Visit the site and discuss operating plans for each Unit and estimate future planned inspection requirements. Create future simulations with a recommendation for the maintenance inspections and budget.
Assistance in procurement
and vendor selection for field services, new parts and repairs using GASRE specifications.
Quality control
of field services, component repairs, new parts manufacturing.
Review inspection reports
and visual condition of replaced parts. Update of the TMMonitor for all gas turbines with reports and cost estimates. Update the recommendation for the future maintenance inspections and costs.
